Who We Are

We are David and karen,we have been married for a number of years . Davids background is spending many years working in personal security, working with music artists and professionals from the acting world and has many fond memories of those days. David then went on to become a London Black cabbie, passing the "famous knowledge of London" but family always comes first and always having an interest in property, he put in more time for his family and started his property venture in 2005 with his first buy to let and still has that same property now and has had the same tenant in there for a number of years.David could see that there were many unhappy tenants out there and felt he could help them and provide a far better standard of living accommodation, so he set about doing just that. He moved out of London and decided to set up home in the Dymchurch in kent where he met Karen and that just formed the perfect relationship, bringing a bit of that female touch to Neill Property.David and Karen are now relocating to Norfolk and are now providing the same top quality homes for people to relax and enjoy in Norwich and other parts of Norfolk.

We strive to ensure that each property has the right tenants in it, so that all the tenants live in harmony and that the property is respected. We will always carry out strict checks and referencing and will carry out viewings personally, so, as so ensure we are happy that the tenant is going to fit in within the home and is able to pay the required rent. If these criteria are not met, we will respectfully decline their application.
